courtney Kofoed
Courtney Kofoed is the author of “Stronger Soon,” the original poem that inspired Always Greener. A born-and-raised Jersey girl, Courtney is now a Denver-based performer after a decade in New York! While earning her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Pace University, she had the chance to originate roles written by imaginative professors, learn from colleagues who never cease to inspire, and grow alongside Broadway legends such as Graciela Daniele.
Recent credits include A Christmas Carol (DCPA), A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Arvada Center), Little Miss Sunshine (Aurora Fox), Sweeney Todd (Off Square Theatre Co.), and School of Rock (Miners Alley). Thanks to her family, both here in Colorado and far, far away on the East Coast. Love you, B! (Promise, promise.)

Elizabeth Lighthall
Elizabeth "Lizzy" Lighthall is a health and wellness coach and visual artist known for her ethereal, nature-inspired style. Working primarily in acrylics and oils, she creates richly expressive pieces that blend organic beauty with a sense of imagination and wonder. Her artwork has been featured in local exhibitions, and her lifelong love of plants makes Always Greener a particularly fitting creative home.
As the show’s visual development artist, Lizzy designed its logo and helps bring its colorful cast of characters to life through concept artwork. Beyond the canvas, she is passionate about growing her wellness business, helping others create healthier and more fulfilling lives, tending to her ever-expanding collection of plants, and spending time with her beloved dog, Obi.
